Happy (belated) New Years 2013

On our very last New Year's celebration without kids, Mike and I were determined to hit the town. Luckily, our friends had organized a group to go to the Horny Goat tavern for an all-you-can drink extravaganza!

Jerome and Rachel had us over to their beautiful 3rd Ward loft for a little pre-partying...here are the boys getting ready for the night.

And, then off we went! I drove a mini-taxi service and shuttled the group down the road to the Horny Goat.  We all made it - and thanks to an extra Groupon on Jerome's phone...Mike and I got in for free!!

I love this last picture for so many reasons...Charity and I posing normally in front, Rachel taking a Broadway-esque posture, Jerome in full-on GQ, Mike confused, and Erin - well, not sober. We are also sitting on the infamous bleachers that Mike will moments later fall off of as he attempts to run behind the next picture and photo-bomb it. No one was hurt and the rest of the night was a total success!!
