Emily is smiling because she has discovered that she is surrounded by a whole family of wonderful, amazing people...

Sisters

Alice has officially discovered her sister. She likes to give her toys, wipe off imaginary spit-up, kiss her head, and pour water on her in the bath.  I don't think she realizes yet that this little lady will soon be invading her space in a more active way.

But, for right now...this is a pretty great addition to Alice's life.

I am feeling so lucky to have these two little ladies.

And, while Alice is the big kid in this house...

There are still these moments when she reminds me that she is still a baby too.

Hello everybody, I am about 7 weeks old in this picture. This is a bit of a catch-up blog, so bear with us.

Apparently my mom took lots of pictures of me around the 7 week mark...here I am again.

Chris and Jill came for a visit and I got to meet Sam the stud.

Grandpa Bob was a big hit with all the little ladies.

But after they all went to bed, he got to spend some time with the littlest lady.

This is a little window into our nightly routine. Alice thoroughly enjoys throwing water on her sister in the bath.
